We use a wide range of intelligent controls within your property to increase the efficiency of your system. Simple steps can be taken such as installing thermostatically controlled radiator valves through to the zoning of your living space by use of additional and fully programmable room stats and motorised valves.
UNDER FLOOR HEATING
Under floor heating is a fantastic way of providing you with heating requirements as this increases wall space by no longer having the need for radiators and is extremely efficient to run, whilst also providing even tempertaures throughout your property.

POWERFLUSHING
One of the biggest single causes of problems within heating installations is the build of sludge and oxides that will naturally form due to air and water within the system. The debris will start to cause pumps to fail, TRV's to stick, motorised valves to fail and a severe lack of efficiency causing the boiler to work under stress which can lead to total breakdown and high repair costs.
We use a Kamco power flushing machine and a wide range of chemicals to flush clean all the debris and oxides within the radiators, boiler heat exchanger and entire system. Once your sytsem has been thoroughly cleaned, you will notice a dramatic improvement from your system. When we refill your system we treat the water with a high grade central heating inhibitor chemical called Sentinal X100 which will prevent the new build up of sludge and oxides which will prolong the life expectancy of your boiler and maximise the efficiency and running of your system
